The Seven Wonders of Bozeman
A small group of fourth and fifth grade students at Whittier Elementary School have embarked on a unique learning experience. They meet once or twice per week during the noon hour to read and discuss a book entitled, "The Seven Wonders of Sassafras Springs". Upon completing their book study, they will investigate the Bozeman Community and Gallatin County, equipped with digital cameras to discover “wonders” in our area.
During the book study and community “discovery” we intend to post students responses to questions about the book on a school blog, and to display the pictures of “wonders” students have discovered. At the conclusion of the project, the group will work together to identify what they believe to be the Seven Wonders of Bozeman.
