MSU Testing Opportunities
If you would like to test on a Saturday or by appointment during the week, you may test at MSU Testing services. You must call Carla to pre-register. Her number is: 994-6984. If you test with Carla, please see Ellen for the paperwork you must send Carla along with a $55 dollar check made out to MSU Testing Services. Confirm testing dates
and times with Carla directly. If you sign up with Carla to test at MSU, you must finish your testing at MSU; i.e., you cannot take some tests at the Learning Center and others at MSU.
Things to Remember on Testing Day
You may sign up to test at 8:45 am and/or 12:15 pm on Fridays at the Learning Center (1218 Durston). You may take anywhere from one to four tests at the Durston site on a testing day; the maximum number of tests administered in the morning or afternoon blocks is two each. The Language Arts Writing Test will take an entire two hour block, so you must take that test by itself.
Make sure you are at the site with the required ID and paperwork in hand by 8:45 am for morning testing or 12:45 pm for afternoon testing. The testing room door is closed at 9 am and 12:30 pm sharp. LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO THE TESTING ROOM and will have to sign up to test the following week if space is available. After two (2) times of failing to call to cancel a testing appointment, a student will not be allowed to test at the Learning Center. Call 522-6096 to cancel if you are unable to test on your registered day.
Get a good night's sleep and eat a high protein breakfast the day of the test to ensure best results! Call for GED June graduation schedule!
